I get to do lots of sea swimming and surfing, so in addition to my Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice, I can usually do with some extra shoulder release however, we all use our shoulders so much anyway day to day, that yoga to release a build up of shoulder tension is beneficial to everyone! I go through it quite quickly here, I recommend repeating and pausing to take your time.
