If you need a violin and can't afford the notoriously high upfront cost of one, try finding a proper stringed instruments shop! Most of them have rental and renttoown programs that make it possible to get a good sounding instrument if money is tight! We recommend doing that, and not buying one of these DIY kits if you're trying to save money.
