►This was my 6 week training to finish my first 10k race, in order to start I had to be able to run 30min straight without stopping ‍♀

Week 1:
Day 1: 30 min Easy
Day 2: Warm up 10 min, 4 min @ 10K pace x 3, Cool down 10 min
Day 3: 6 km Long Run

Week 2:
Day 1: 30 min Easy
Day 2: Warm up 10 min, 4 min @ 10K pace x 4, Cool down 10 min
Day 3: 7.5 km Long Run

Week 3:
Day 1: 40 min Easy
Day 2: Warm up 10 min, 4 min @ 10K pace x 5, Cool down 10 min
Day 3: 8.5 km Long Run

Week 4:
Day 1: 45 min Easy
Day 2: Warm up 10 min, 4 min @ 10K pace x 6, Cool down 10 min
Day 3: 9.5 km Long Run

Week 5:
Day 1: 40 min Easy
Day 2: Warm up 10 min, 4 min @ 10K pace x 5, Cool down 10 min
Day 3: 7.5 km Long Run

Week 6:
Day 1: 30 min Easy
Day 2: 30 min Easy
Day 3: 10K Race!
