No Oil Vrat Recipe

For Dhaniya Pudina Chutney
हरा धनिया Coriander 1 cup

अदरक Ginger 1/2 inch

For Shakarkandi Chaat
शकरकंदी Sweet potato 5 no
सेंधा नमक Rock salt 1/2 tsp
काली मिर्च Black pepper 1/4 tsp, crushed
जीरा पाउडर Cumin powder 1/2 tsp, roasted
नींबू का रस Lemon juice 1 tsp

For Dahi Aloo
दही Curd 1.5 cup (400 grams)
