Time tracking can give you many benefits; it helps you quit multitasking and focus on one thing, become more conscious of how you spend your time, find the bad habits you weren't even aware of, and so on.
Timetracking isn't a new idea at all, but it's never been so easy to do just because you had to log your activities manually. But recently, there are some time tracking apps that log your activities automatically so you don't have to worry about it. Rize is one of them. In this timetracking experiment, I decided to use it because it's all automatic and has such a beautiful design with useful charts to analyse how I spend my time.
