1 Baked beetroot salad with interesting dressing
• Beetroot (baked or boiled) 1 pc.
• Carrots (boiled or baked) 1 pc.
• Salted cucumber 1 pc.
• Onions 0.5 pcs.
• Dijon mustard 1 tbsp.
• Apple vinegar 1 tbsp.
• Olive oil 2 tbsp.
• salt

2 Salad with beet and herring
• Herring 1 pc.
• Beetroot 2 pcs.
• Apple (sour) 0.5 pcs.
• Onions 0.5 pcs.
• Vegetable oil (I used olive oil) 34 st.l.
• Mustard 1 tbsp.
• Honey 1 tsp.
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
• salt

A fresh vegetable salad
• Beetroot (fresh) medium size (approximately 200 g)
• Large carrot (approximately 200 g)
• Garlic 1 clove
• Dill 1 bunch (you can use freshfrozen)
• Sunflower oil (unrefined)

4 Salad "Meat in vegetables"
• Cabbage (fresh) 500 g
• Carrots (fresh) 1 pc.
• Beetroot (fresh) 1 pc.
• Chicken Breast 300 g
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
• salt

5 Salad with horseradish and fresh vegetables
• Beets 1 pc.
• Carrots 1 pc.
• Horseradish root 2030 g
• Sour cream (or mayonnaise) 2 tbsp.
• Sugar 0.5 tsp.
• salt

6 Pickled beetroot
• Baked or boiled beetroot 23 pcs.
• Onions 1 pc.
• Mustard 2 tsp.
• Olive oil 2 tbsp.
• Coriander seeds 1 tsp.
• Vinegar 23 tsp.
• Dry basil 0.5 tsp.
• Red chili pepper 1/3 tsp.
• salt

7 Salad "Good Mood"
• Boiled beetroot 1 pc.
• Cabbage 300 g
• Bell pepper 0.5 pcs.
