CORRECTION I say there is a gap in between section 3 and section 4 when in fact it is a gap in section 4 designated as section 4 south and section 4 north. Make sure you consult the trail guide when planning your trip!

I am stoked to start my 330 mile adventure from the border of Virginia/West Virginia, through the Allegheny mountains, and ending at the West Virginia/Pennsylvania border on the mason dixon line.

I am planning on setting the fastest known time for a self supported hike for this trail and will be submitting my hike to https://fastestknowntime.com/

My trip is planned over 13 days and should be averaging around 25 miles a day.
