夏季限定で営業される綾戸簗は群馬県内残り3軒となった貴重な簗小屋です。簗とは川に仕掛ける鮎をとる仕掛けの事ですが、今ではそれに付随する飲食店も含めた総称です。綾戸簗では天然の鮎料理が頂け、お刺身、塩焼き、フライなどコースで味わう事ができます。

"Ayado Yana" in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture is open only in the summer. Yana is a device for picking sweetfish that is set in the river, but now it is a general term that includes restaurants that accompany it. At Ayado Yana, you can enjoy natural sweetfish dishes, such as sashimi, grilled salt, and fried fish.
