塩こしょう少々/片栗粉大さじ3
☆茹で卵　2個
☆玉ねぎ　1/4 / ☆ピクルス　1個
☆マイネーズ　大さじ3 / ☆塩　小さじ1/2
☆こしょう　少々
♢水　60㏄ / ♢醤油　大さじ2
♢みりん　大さじ2 / ♢酢　大さじ1.5
♢砂糖　小さじ2 / ♢鷹の爪1本

☆タルタルソース分量
♢甘酢分量

~ “Yaki Chicken Nanban” ~ (4 servings)
2 chicken thighs
(Pinch of salt and pepper/3 tablespoons of potato starch)
☆2 boiled eggs
☆Onion 1/4 / ☆Pickle 1 piece
☆Mainaise 3 tablespoons / ☆Salt 1/2 teaspoon
☆A little pepper
♢Water 60cc / ♢Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
♢Mirin 2 tablespoons / ♢Vinegar 1.5 tablespoons
♢2 teaspoons sugar / 1 hawk claw
