What can you do in a couple of hours on a bright and sunny Kirkwall morning? Well, here's a thing maybe, like me, you can wander down to the harbour and see if there are any ferries running.
I found one the MV Shapinsay, sailing out to the Island with the same name, just 25 minutes across the water. Of course, I got it for a bargain price which I'll tell you about in the video and I had just enough time to have a quick look around before heading back to Kirkwall to catch a flight later in the day.
In this video, I'll show you the boat, both inside and out. We'll have a look at some of the scenery on this beautiful day and we'll even have a quick tour of the harbour on Shapinsay itself.
Thanks you very much for watching and as always, cheers for now!
