My dad came to visit over the weekend so that we could celebrate his birthday with him! My parents were the ones who instilled all of us kids with a love of hiking, so I was not surprised when he asked to go for a hike here in Asheville for his birthday outing. We decided on 2 short hikes totaling about 3 miles: Craggy Gardens and Craggy Pinnacle. Craggy Gardens is actually part of the MST, so I added a whopping 1 mile to my LASH. We had a blast! Happy birthday, dad!
