A bit of mystery in the mountainside stacked rocks are they colonial or earlier?

Follow
Not Thursday

Rock walls in a celestial perfect 200 acre square on the backside of this mountain with the signs of colonial era occupancy but who built the walls? We have been metal detecting up here for a couple of years and have noticed certain things that kind of don't add up. The rock wall square is massive and built perfectly north, east, west and south closing in 200 acres which is roughly 2 miles of stone wall. Then around the cellar hole and living space where the settlers live the rock walls are different. The construction is different, they are not straight and go in all kinds of directions. And while metal detecting we only ever find artifacts from the 1700s and early 1800s in the small 2 acre are where we can clearly see people lived. Its a night and day difference when you really look at the way it is laid out and even the style of wlll building. It is really a bit of a mystery and gives you the feeling that the early American settlers of this are moved into spots that had already been changed and altered.
