Ingredients and preparation:
4 pork chops with bone
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Vegetable oil
120 g onions
250 g mushrooms
30 g butter, medium heat
30 g flour (1 heaped tablespoon)
500ml chicken broth
100 ml heavy cream
12 tbsp soy sauce
The internal temperature of the pork chop should be 65°C
Parsley
Cabbage wraps:
¼ head of cabbage
½ red onion (can be replaced with green onion)
3 eggs
½ carrot
Salt
Black pepper
½ 1 tbsp soy sauce
Rice paper
