Stir Fry Teriyaki Tofu Recipe

Oven Tofu
1 block extrafirm tofu
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon soy
1 tablespoon cornstarch / Nutritional Yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Teriyaki sauce
garlic
ginger
2 tablespoon soy
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
