An encounter between Sea Fury of the 802nd Squadron and MiG15s belonging to the North Korean Air Force (though piloted most likely by the Chinese) occurred in the early morning of August 9, 1952 southwest of Pyongyang.

There are several versions of this air battle. The British shot down one Mig, but who shot it down ?
Probably Captain Peter "Hoagy" Carmichael. It is possible that two pilots shot down one Mig ( as in this short video).
