Hylics 2 is by far my favorite game I’ve played this year. From its pristine soundtrack to its incredibly stylistic art style, it’s certainly a game that's “out there”, but in the best way possible. In this video I break down the game’s combat, why it defied my expectations, and why it has reinvigatored my interest in JRPG’s. Mason Lindroth outdid himself.
