Cooking recipe and ingredients:

200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
120 g of sugar.
10 g of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
Add egg whites.
90 ml of vegetable oil.
Sift 400 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
350 g of wheat flour.
Divide into 8 equal parts.
Cut into 2 parts.
Let's prepare delicious, fluffy buns.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.
We use 2 egg yolks + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 2025 minutes.
The buns are ready!
