Here's a typical training week in my life! I'm a post collegiate runner who is trying to run professionally and compete to represent Peru internationally. I run anywhere from 6070 mpw, with 2 workouts and a long run. Training has been going really well since this was filmed a couple of months ago. I'm looking forward to racing another 5k this Saturday (July 20th) at the Sunset Tour in California!
