The Battle of Carni Chitin is a battle that took place on July 4, 1187, in Carni Chitin near Tiberias, between the Crusaders from the Kingdom of Jerusalem under the leadership of Gui de Lisinian, and between the Ayyubid dynasty under the leadership of Saladin.
In this battle, the Ayyubid dynasty won a decisive victory against the Crusaders.
