Hope all of you are fine and doing well. Today I am going to share how to write a letter to the Apartment owner for attending the scheduled meeting.

Attention: All Apartment Owner
ABL House: 111, Road: 1, Block: I Dhaka, Bangladesh
Subject: Request to Attend the meeting.
Dear Apartment Owner, We would like to arrange a meeting with you on [date] at [time] in [place] to discuss regarding apartment management and propose/create the committee proposal. present at the meeting will be held by Mr. You are entitled to bring a representative or other support person (such as a family member, union representative, or a friend) to our meeting and we strongly encourage you to do so. Please confirm that you are able to attend the meeting at the organized time schedule.
Meeting agenda:
1) Create Committee,
2) And Committee distribution of the responsibilities among the apartment owner.
3) Give your feedback on the committee organized plan and suggest any changes you would like to make
4) Ontime utilities bill payment,
5) Ontime salary paid to the employee ( security guard, cleaner, etc.)

After the meeting, We will overview the meeting and what you have suggested and if we still think that you need to start the committee, We will finalize the plan, take your feedback into consideration, and give you a copy.
