Growing rice, raising vegetables, dive in the ocean to catch fish, and baking bread.
Shoko Iwaki and her partner Shogo of "Wara Pan" live a nearselfsufficient lifestyle while raising four children.She produces and sells community based bread by appointment only at the bakery next to the house which they live. She is selftaught in baking, and all of bread is made with homecultivated leaven, without using commercial yeast. The bakery building was selfbuilt by his partner Shogo over a period of two and a half years. This is the ideal combination of living and baking.
