*⃣ My SkyGfx settings are the (Fixes Real Linear Graphics) in the downloaded file
*⃣ Many of these mods require things. For example, Original Peds Vary requires PedFuncs
*⃣ I'm not sure how stable using all of these mods at once will be
*⃣ Lit Church is included in the Community Map Fixes pack, don't use both
*⃣ I use MixSets to increase the density of peds/cars
