The Pizzicato Municipio Napoletano pizzeria in Milan specializes in Neapolitan pizza and fried food. The dough, subjected to a leavening that varies from 48 to 72 hours and with a maturation between 70% and 80%, is the base of each pizza. It is possible to enjoy pizzas with classic, glutenfree and wholemeal dough, in an elegant and lively atmosphere.

The Milan Porta Romana location is managed by Michele, a brilliant and professional figure who coordinates both the kitchen and the dining room.

Salvo is the Master Pizza Chef, considered a key figure in this project thanks to his many years of experience. He began preparing his pizzas at the age of 14 and, after 47 years, he has become a point of reference in the sector, respected by colleagues and loved by the public.
