Sometimes, if we are going through sadness, pain, fear, anxiety, depression... whatever it may be... we can so easily feel that we are going through it alone. This video and session is a reminder that there are people who understand you. Whatever you are feeling is ok. You are a strong and powerful person, but sometimes it takes time to weather the storm. This video is for hope and healing. This video is for light and love. this video is for reaching deeply into your mind and body for a sense of calm and relaxation. Believe in a higher level of consciousness and recovery.


Mindful Peace Journey is a YouTube channel where I strive to create some of the most calming and relaxing online guided meditations on YouTube I hope you find them to be some of the best out there for selfhelp!
