This week, Lorna guides us on a meditation where we will travel with our Guardian Angel, who takes us on a journey, helping us to connect with nature.

"I'm sitting here in nature myself with a beautiful tree behind me. Remember, you can go out into nature in the wintertime and wrap up as well, which I have done here at Sanctuary.

I want to ask your Guardian Angel to help you to connect to nature in a spiritual sense. I want you to get yourself comfortable wherever you are and close your eyes, if it's safe to do so. Take a deep breath, completely relax your whole body and come with me and your Guardian Angel on a journey. You will journey to a forest and are surrounded by bluebells and it's like as if nature comes to you and your Guardian Angel."
