Hey guys! This is a beginner calisthenics routine for building strength that requires no equipment whatsoever; just your body, the floor, gravity and possibly a wall. I wanted to put this together for my first video of 2024 so anyone getting started can use it. No pull up bar or dip bars required. Keep in mind this routine is meant to be a sort of "primer" to get you started. Eventually you'd want to advance to harder variations and probably invest in some sort of pull up bar to start working on pulling exercises (rows and pull ups). But for those getting started with nothing, this routine will do the trick. Enjoy!

Workout format:
Warm up (if necessary)
For each of these exercises, perform 3 sets to failure, 2 min rest between:
1. Straight Bridge
2. Push Ups
3. Bodyweight Squats
4. Lying Leg Raises
Cool down: just walk around until heart rate comes down
Perform this workout 2x per week minimally or 3x per week max
Try to increase reps/hold time from workout to workout
Keep active on the off days! Do cardio and stretch.
You can also perform this workout as circuits instead of straight sets if you are tight on time. Strength won't be optimized for each set, but you'll challenge your cardio more with the circuits and complete the workout faster.
