The Hospitality Management Program hosted "A Pantry Full of Exceptional Ingredients," with Jeni Britton Bauer, owner of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream, Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012 in 180 Hagerty Hall. Jeni related how her company grew from a North Market shop in 2002 to being named "America's best" by Time and Oprah Winfrey. Her new book, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at Home, earned her the James Beard Media Award.
