The film "The Quiet Hour" is set in a postapocalyptic world where, after a brutal alien invasion, humanity finds itself on the brink of survival. Alien invaders have destroyed infrastructure, deprived people of their usual means of existence, and now the land belongs to those who can defend it.

At the center of the plot is a young, courageous, and daring teenage girl named Selena. She lives on a remote farm with her sick brother Thomas. Their parents died during the invasion, and now all the responsibility for maintaining the farm and surviving falls on Selena's frail shoulders.

The invaders have plundered the cities, rendering them uninhabitable, forcing many people to roam the countryside in search of food, water, and shelter. One day, a group of such scavengers approaches Selena's farm. They see that it is wellprepared and has enough supplies to last for a long time. Selena understands that they will not retreat easily. She must use all her knowledge of the farm and the surrounding area to protect herself and her brother.

Selena sets traps, creates cunning barriers, and uses all the means available to her to keep the attackers at bay. She also needs to find a way to take care of her brother, who requires constant care and medication.

The conflict intensifies when the leader of the scavengers, Jackson, recognizes Selena's cleverness and determination. He begins to respect her, but this does not stop him from attempting to seize the farm. Throughout their confrontation, Selena discovers incredible strength and ingenuity within herself, as well as the ability to make tough moral choices.
