Episode #6 of the Physical Freedom Podcast

My guest today is Oscar Ainscough, a professional ballet dancer for the Royal Danish Ballet.

Strength training is often frowned upon within the world of Ballet, but Oscar claims that applying ATG principles to his strength training is actually helping his freedom of expression on the stage and will increase his training longevity.

Oscar has been practicing ballet since he was 9 years old, and at the age of 19 he was advised to retire from his artistic pursuit after his 3rd knee surgery.

Now 24 years old Oscar feels more athletic than he has ever been in his life, and plans to use the method's he's learned along his journey to help other artists unlock their potential.
