A Quicker Easier Way To Overcome Anxiety

Therapy for anxiety can be difficult. Some will overcome anxiety quickly, some recover from anxiety very slowly and some quit anxiety therapy with no progress. But combining therapies can make anxiety recovery quicker, easier and more effective.

In this video I look at how hypnosis or hypnotherapy can enhance cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in the treatment of Generalised Anxiety, Panic Disorder (panic attacks), Health Anxiety Social Anxiety and Phobias.

It can be used for desensitisation (graded exposure), to aid behavioural experiments and reduce safety behaviours. Hypnosis aids relaxation and can reduce anxiety that some of the tasks in CBT can bring.
