A Shepherd is a person who tends and rears sheep. Homemade Shepherd's pie, as it should be. Sauteed cubes of delicious lamb, carrots, onions, and garlic. Some aromatic herbs and savory spices add to the rich sauce. Covered with a Pecorino Romano(sheep's milk cheese) and butterflavored mashed potatoes, baked until golden and delicious.

Recipe
∙ 1.5kg Lamb
∙ 4 onions
∙ 7 garlic cloves
∙ 3 carrots
∙ 1 teaspoon dried thyme
∙ 2 teaspoons cumin
∙ 2 teaspoons coriander
∙ 3 tablespoons flour
∙ olive oil
∙ 1 cup frozen peas
∙ fresh rosemary
∙ 750ml mutton stock ( 2 mutton bouillon cubes)
∙ ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
∙ black pepper

Mash potatoes topping
∙ 7 potatoes
∙ 125g butter
∙ 100ml milk
∙ 150g Pecorino Romano cheese
∙ Black pepper ( Cheese is already salty)
