you need rest

we ALL need more time socializing and being outside.

we ALL could (AND WILL) benefit from spending less time on your computers and phones and tablets and whatever else.

I know that my challenge is online, yes.

that’s why I’m so focused on insisting that you devote time to it intentionally.

I’m here for learning online.

I’m not here for spending our whole lives pass us by because we’re online, scrolling social media.

consume less.

be in the present more.
