I start building an unusual airbag suspension system where torsion bars and cantilevers are involved. First I fabricate a new removable transmission mounting cross member. Next we install newly machined split bushes that will allow the torsion bars to rotate. This is the first video in a series about fabricating a front suspension airbag system based on the torsion bar wishbone suspension of pickups like Isuzu, Nissan Hardbody and Ford Courier.
