A Tribute To RC Modeler Magazine January 1971

This video contains a tribute to RC Modeler magazine January 1971 issue, where I will go through the entire issue (4+15 mark).

RC Modeler magazine (RCM) was the premier RC modeling magazine from its start in 1963 up until the early 2000s when it sadly went out of business. RC Modeler magazine came out monthly and was the premier source of RC model airplane plans, kit reviews, model airshows and building techniques for the RC model airplane pilot.

Each magazine issue contained 23 articles discussing plans for an RC model airplane that contained a detailed discussion of how to build the model. Full size plans could be ordered from the plans shop at RC modeler magazine and the modeler could make the RC model plane at home.

In this video I will go over the entire January 1971 issue of RC Modeler magazine at the 4+15 mark. It is interesting to "go back in time" to when there was no internet, and just about all of a modeler's knowledge on how to build and fly RC models came from the various magazines, to include RC Modeler magazine.
