Hello friends,

By right, I know that I should edit this into something succinct and snappy. Or not upload it at all. But this is the reality of exhaustion, and for some reason, it would have felt dishonest not to show each pause, each moment of brain fog and sadness. Perhaps some of you can relate I almost hope you can't.
