August is Finger Lakes Wine Month! Here's a little tour of one of my favorite wineries Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard, located in Dundee, NY.

We first visited in 2014 and fell in love with this vineyard and its stunning view of Seneca Lake and of course the wine! We recently had the opportunity to spend time with coowner Oskar Bynke and talk to him about the vineyard's evolution, what they're making beyond their awardwinning Riesling and their biodynamic farm.
