Filmed over a 2 day period, I visited the WHR in the summer of 2004. In 2004 the WHR operated between Caernarfon and Rhys Ddu, approx 13 miles in length. The first part of the video was mainly on board footage from Rhys Ddu to Caernarfon. The following day the weather had turned and was very windy. From a small hill at Rhys Ddu I filmed the train as a continuous shot for nearly 10 minutes as it finally arrives at Rhys Ddu.
