You need to download following models and put them under {A1111_root}/models/ControlNet directory. It is also required to rename models to ipadapter_instant_id_sdxl and control_instant_id_sdxl so that they can be correctly recognized by the extension.

sdpattention or xformers not both or one of them might get ommited
I think you need xformers with sdxl
