दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की उस याचिका पर सीबीआई को नोटिस जारी किया है, जिसमें उन्होंने अपनी गिरफ्तारी और उन्हें एजेंसी की हिरासत में भेजने के ट्रायल कोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती दी है. न्यायाधीश नीना बंसल कृष्णा ने कहा कि मामले की अगली सुनवाई 17 जुलाई को होगी. सीएम केजरीवाल की तरफ से वरिष्ठ वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी दलील पेश की.

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the CBI on the petition of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in which he has challenged the trial court's order of his arrest and sending him to the agency's custody. Judge Neena Bansal Krishna said that the next hearing of the case will be on July 17. Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi presented arguments on behalf of CM Kejriwal.
