✨THE WORKOUT: 7Minute Dumbbell Abs On The Mat (No Planks)✨

► EQUIPMENT: Medium Set of Dumbbells. We're using 1015 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔ 7 Weighted Ab Exercises On the Mat
✔ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work per exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔ Complete Each Exercise x1 Set (No Repeats)

1⃣ Dead Bug and Seated Twist
2⃣ Leg Lower and Toe Touch
3⃣ Sprinter Sit Up and Shoulder Press
4⃣ Uneven Bicycle Crunch and Single Arm Press, Right
5⃣ Reverse Crunch to Hollow Rock
6⃣ Uneven Bicycle Crunch and Single Arm Press, Left
7⃣ Weighted Crunch Up With Slow Roll Back
