Welcome to this video!

Come and hike with me in Hungary! In this video I hiked in Csarnavölgy (Csarnavalley) which was once home to a railway.
The original tracks were 9 km long, but were damaged by multiple floods in the late 1990s. These damaged tracks were never repaired in this section, but a short section from Kemence to Feketevölgy Panzió still operates today.

Thanks to all this, from Feketevölgy Panzió you can enter a very special forest that you could even call enchanted!

To hike this trail you just need to follow the Országos Kéktúra (The National Blue Trail), you can see its sign in the video, but basically it is a horizontal blue line between horizontal white lines painted on the trees.

You can park your car near Feketevölgy Panzió.

To just hike from the Feketevölgy Panzió to Hamuház, like I did, you only need to walk about 2,5 km. To reach other spots & places you can follow the National Blue Trail further or Mária út or other trails from Hamuház. A signpost, that you can also see in the video, will help you find your way to new adventures!

I had an awesome time hiking this trail! It was one of the most unique places I have ever been to! I would definitely visit this place again. Imagine how beautiful this place must be in autumn! (I filmed this video back in July)
