The result is an abstract acrylic painting on a rectangular canvas. I use masking tape and very fluid acrylic paints from Golden. I buy my own paints, brushes, tools and canvases, they are not sponsored. In this video I experiment with the liquid colours and create different textures on the canvas with the different tools (a large squeegee, a small squeegee, a joint spatula, a grill spatula). The individual colours dry glossy and translucent, so that you can see through several layers of paint. For a balanced colour composition, individual areas of colour are repeated. Finally, a very bright colour, "Quinacridon Magenta" is used.
