My cousin brother came from Abu Dhabi, UAE after a long time along with his wife and younger son.
Mami cooked a lot of bengali traditional dishes for him. We were also invited and had a lovely sumptuous bengali lunch with all the best bengali food items. Mami cooked an excellent chicken Kasha and Prawn Malaikari as well. We had a great time talking about our childhood and had a great adda session. Mami arranged a grand feast for Dada and Boudi. The best bengali authentic dishes and the best bengali traditional food were there in the lunch. Mami prepared galda chingri or lobster, mutton kosha, chicken kosha, aloo posto, Hilsa fish or ilish maach, chingri maach, sukto etc.
