The former Clark County public administrator accused of killing a Las Vegas ReviewJournal reporter appeared in court Tuesday. Robert Telles — who is representing himself — told a judge that a local real estate firm framed him in the murder of Jeff German. German was stabbed to death outside of his home in 2022. Investigators believe Telles killed German due to previous and ongoing investigations that German was bringing to light in his journal publications.
