Here is Part 2 of Kate who is a skier with a chronically damaged ACL that has finally ruptured. As she is so stable, at present the surgeon does not want to operate. Therefore, we are managing her nonsurgically.
She is doing many exercises as part of her week 8/9 rehabilitation and is this session we highlight and breakdown some of the important exercises she is focusing on. Remember with a nonsurgical ACL there is no need to protect a ACL graft, nor a hamstring surgical graft site so usually exercise progress is faster.
