Our patient Kate is a skier and has ruptured her ACL in a fall. This is a chronically damaged ACL that has finally ruptured. As she is so stable, at present the surgeon does not want to operate. Therefore, we are managing her nonsurgically.
In this session we look at helping her get her flexion back with active hamstring work and AP tibial glides. Be sure to check out part 2 for some great rehab work we are doing with her.
