Hello and welcome to my second round of ACL surgery in under two years! This video covers my first 12 days postop after getting a complete ACL reconstruction surgery using a hamstring graft. I show you how I tore my ACL, my morning routine after surgery, how I showered for the first time with my knee brace on, my first week postop PT routine, core and upper body exercises you can do after knee surgery, how I practiced walking with my crutches, and generally way too much personal information and bad hair days.
