Easy way to remember medications for the ACLS algorithm, Tachycardia with a pulse. This is a mnemonic I created in residency to help remember the medications. There are 3 medications that all start with the letter A that all do something different. The medications are amiodarone, adenosine and Atropine. Just remember Nad & Wam. Nad is for Narrow complex tachycardia Adenosine and WAM is for wide complex tachycardia, amiodarone. By default Atropine is for bradycardia with a pulse.

It is important you find an easy way to remember so you don't get confused in a code.
