In this video I address finding the market demand diagram from individual demand curves. This skill is often called Horizontal Summation – or alternatively simply adding up demand curves. In particular in this video the example we look at has a (socalled) 'kink'.

This is the first of two videos on this topic the next to come looks at the algebraic representation of the work done in this video.
