Non Reporting Probation is the least restrictive type of supervision in the State of Florida. The only way to violate is by committing a new crime. You do not need to answer to an officer, can travel and will never have to submit to drug and alcohol testing. You may actually be entitled to have your standard probation converted to nonreporting probation under Florida’s new law as of October 2019.
